Fin dal 1947 l'obiettivo di Dersut è quello di realizzare un prodotto di altissima qualità: lo fa ricercando le migliori varietà di caffè, acquistando solo i raccolti giusti ed effettuando controlli costanti.
Dersut pays the utmost attention to every step of the supply chain: from selection to distribution, so that the product never loses its properties.
A NETWORK THAT REACHES OUT TO THE ENTIRE WORLD
The company's workforce today is made up of 35 tied sales agents and 42 employees and serves exclusively over 4,000 public businesses distributed mainly throughout the Triveneto area, with a recent expansion in Piedmont and an increasingly significant presence on some important European and non-European markets as it has also recently arrived on the United Arab Emirates, Mexico and the Dominican Republic markets.

Discover the historyFAIRS AND THE PROTECTION CONSORTIUM
Active in the trade fair sector for years, Dersut participates in various events, including Host in Milan, Triestespresso in the Friuli region capital and Sigep in Rimini. In 2014 in Conegliano, the company created the Consortium for the Protection of Traditional Italian Espresso Coffee. The Consortium aims to have espresso included among ritual, art, sociality and literature in the list of intangible assets protected by UNESCO.
The quality of Dersut coffee is certified by numerous certificates, issued by the main Italian and European bodies.
ITALIAN GROUP OF COFFEE ROASTER
The GITC awards the Certificate and the “Quality Italian Espresso” brand.
LEGALITY RATING
It certifies that Dersut not only operates according to principles of legality and transparency, but that it also improves its impact on society and the environment.
Confindustria Veneto Est
Since 1949 Dersut has been associated with Confindustria Veneto Est, with which it collaborates continuously.
THE PREMIO COMISSO AWARD-FRIENDLY COMPANY
Dersut believes in the project that rewards works of Italian fiction and bibliography and is among the "Premio Comisso Award-Friendly Companies".
ITALIAN GROUP OF COFFEE ROASTERS
AIdAF presents itself as the point of reference in Italy for family businesses; it groups together 170 companies, i.e. approximately 13% of Italy's GDP.
CONSORTIUM FOR THE PROTECTION OF TRADITIONAL ITALIAN ESPRESSO COFFEE
The Consortium aims to enhance the authentic Espresso, synonymous with Italian production processes and quality.
ITALIAN ESPRESSO INSTITUTE
Dersut blends have obtained the Certified Italian Espresso recognition, which identifies the perfect espresso.
CAMALEONTE AWARD
Dersut won the Premio Espresso Award Camaleonte Miscela predominantly Arabica, winning 5 chameleons thanks to the Plus Oro blend in beans!
GOLD MEDAL AWARD
PLUS Oro is the winner of the 2014 and 2018 GOLD MEDAL award. Non Plus Ultra is the winner of the 2016 and 2022 GOLD MEDAL award.
Sca - Speciality Coffee Association
Since 2014 Dersut has been a member of SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) which promotes the culture of quality coffee and excellent coffees.
DINO VILLANI QUALITY AWARD
A prize that the Italian Academy of Cuisine awards every year to companies that have distinguished themselves in quality gastronomic production.
